Appraising Business Improvements (ABI) has been assisting organizations since 2008 to meet their process improvement objectives. ABI is an authorized provider of the Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI®) -based services including training, consulting, and the Standard CMMI Appraisal Methodology for Process Improvement (SCAMPI SM) appraisals.
ABI specializes in Systems and Software Process Improvement focusing on CMMI, SCAMPI Appraisals, CMMI Training, and CMMI Consulting. ABI provides standard and customized training and workshops related to the CMMI Product Suite.
ABI provides a cost effective and customized approach to ensure that our clients realize the benefits of implementing a comprehensive Software Process Improvement (SPI) initiative. Our services include Gap Analysis, SCAMPI C/B appraisals and SCAMPI A appraisals using the following SEI models.
Our consultants have received extensive training in the CMMI and the Standard CMMI for Process Improvement Methodology (SCAMPI) and have conducted appraisals in the USA, MEXICO, and ARGENTINA and are authorized to provide services worldwide.
