SEI Authorized 3-day course for managers, executives, and practitioners interested in a detailed introduction to the CMMI.
SCAMPI “A” Appraisal Team Training / SCAMPI “B” Appraisal Team Training
This two-day SEI course is designed to prepare you to participate on a SCAMPI A or B Appraisal and is required for all appraisal team members. Attendees will learn the inner-workings of a SCAMPI appraisal and will be trained to successfully perform as a SCAMPI appraisal team member.
CMMI Executive Overview
This half-day Executive Overview focuses on the basic concepts of CMMI, how CMMI benefits your organization, and some of the challenges you will face. The Executive Overview is taught by a certified SCAMPI Lead Appraiser and will provide you and your organization an opportunity to have some face-to-face time with the most knowledgeable person possible.
The Executive Overview is intended for engineering and IT executives, management, and other leadership team members whose organization is considering a process improvement initiative.
